Audit Associate
As an Audit Associate, you will support the planning and execution of financial audits for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist in preparing and reviewing workpapers, testing internal controls, and analyzing account balances and transactions. You will help prepare financial statements and related documentation, identify potential issues or variances, and communicate findings to senior team members. The role includes direct interaction with clients to gather information, clarify questions, and support audit completion within established timelines. This is a full-time, quasi on-site role based in Tyler, TX, requiring presence within a virtual office and on-site at client locations as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; progress toward CPA certification or interest in obtaining it is preferred.
- Strong foundation in Accounting, with the ability to understand, prepare, and interpret core financial reports.
- Experience or education in Auditing and Financial Audits, including familiarity with relevant standards and audit methodologies, is a plus.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, variances, and potential issues in financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software; ability to learn firm-specific tools quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear documentation and professional client interaction.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a virtual and on-site environment.

UX/UI Designer
As a UX/UI Designer, you will design intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces for the firm's web and internal applications. On a day-to-day basis, you will translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, maintain and extend the firm's design system, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure faithful implementation. You will conduct user research and usability reviews, iterate on designs based on feedback, and help define the overall look and feel of client-facing products. This is a full-time, fully remote role based in Almaty, Kazakhstan, working with the firm's team in the United States.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience with a portfolio of shipped web or mobile products; experience designing for fintech, banking, or other financial products is strongly preferred (formal degree not required).
- Strong foundation in UX and UI design, with the ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, and polished, accessible interfaces.
- Proficiency with Figma and related design tools; experience building and maintaining design systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.
- Working understanding of front-end implementation (HTML/CSS) and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.

Web Developer (React)
As a Web Developer, you will build and maintain the React-based interfaces that power the firm's client portal and internal web applications. On a day-to-day basis, you will translate designs into responsive, accessible components, integrate with our back-end APIs, and collaborate closely with our designer and back-end developers to ship reliable, well-tested features. This is a full-time, fully remote role based in Almaty, Kazakhstan, working with the firm's team in the United States.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building production web applications with React; strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with TypeScript, React hooks, and a state-management approach (Context, Redux, or React Query).
- Comfortable consuming REST APIs and handling authentication, sessions, and form validation on the front end.
- Proficiency with Git and modern build tooling (Vite or Webpack); an eye for responsive, cross-browser layouts.
- Familiarity with automated testing (Jest / React Testing Library) and CI/CD workflows is a plus; experience with fintech or financial products is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across U.S. and Kazakhstan time zones.
